Meet Ignacio “Iggy” Calderin the Founder of Transformational Resource Center a community driven, 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Transforming Lives Daily in the
under-served communities.
What started as a first time volunteer experience about a decade ago, has organically grown into his life’s calling.
His boots on the ground approach has allowed him to meet the people at their needs and gain the trust of the community-that’s when the transformation process begins.
Mitchoun "Mitch" Alusma is a Adjunct Professor at FIU School of Engineering and an entrepreneur. Nationally he is recognized as a Second Responder, Construction OSHA Instructor, Craft Instructor, Curriculum Performance Evaluator, Curriculum Proctor, Carpenter. He possesses a degree in Construction.
His qualifications steam from institutions like: Community College Consortium for Health and Safety Training (CCCHST), Indian River State College, Volunteer State Community, USF and Miami-Dade College.
